Press Release Body = Billion Dollar Films is financing new film productions by
upcoming independent film producers. It has aquired a huge library of film footage
from thousands of existing titles like the 1927 classic film \"Metropolis\", the
Charlie Chaplin collection, and more modern films like \"Last Man On Earth\" with
Vincent Price (1964). The idea is to have the film producers tell a new story with
existing footage.
